Danielle N. Herrman is an Associate Attorney at Dawda PLC. She concentrates her practice in the areas of corporate law, estate planning, litigation, and real estate. As part of her practice, Danielle advises clients on a broad range of legal matters, including corporate governance, contract disputes, commercial property transactions, and general transactional matters. Prior to joining Dawda PLC, her practice focused on general and commercial litigation, affording her substantive experience across the litigation process.

Danielle graduated cum laude from Wayne State University Law School in 2022. While in law school, she competed on the Mock Trial team and was an active member of the Women’s Law Caucus. She also served as a judicial extern in the chambers of the Honorable Jennifer Faunce at the Macomb County Circuit Court, where she gained firsthand exposure to trial court practice and judicial decision-making. Prior to law school, Danielle earned her Bachelor of Arts degree in Political Theory and Constitutional Democracy from Michigan State University’s James Madison College.
